​​Stock Fort started because we wanted something we couldn’t find — strong, sturdy animal pens that were actually built to last.

We’re a family of animal lovers based in Queensland’s Lockyer Valley, with our own hobby farm and plenty of animals to keep us busy. Like many animal keepers, we went looking for quality enclosures for our own property. What we found was plenty of lightweight, flimsy options, but not much we’d trust to stand the test of time.

Fortunately, building things properly is something we know a bit about.

​

With a background in construction, we decided to stop looking and build what we wanted ourselves — solid, practical enclosures designed for the animals that use them and the people who look after them.

That idea became Stock Fort.

​

Today, we build Australian-made animal enclosures with the same philosophy: strong materials, sturdy construction, practical design and no flimsy shortcuts. Whether it’s a single pen or a larger custom setup, we build each Stock Fort with the intention that it’ll be part of your property for a very long time.

Because when you care about the animals inside, “that’ll do” just doesn’t cut it.
